Giles is a research assistant in the Family Well-Being and Children’s Development policy area. She works primarily on the long-term follow-up phase of the Mother and Infant Home Visiting Program Evaluation (MIHOPE). Before joining MDRC in the summer of 2022, Giles interned with the International Rescue Committee’s Youth Tutor Program. She also worked as a curriculum development intern at ThinkGive, a nonprofit that develops social-emotional learning curricula. Giles graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Williams College.
