Ben-Shlomo is a resource manager research assistant in the Center for Applied Behavioral Sciences, where she supports the resource management of projects, including Behavioral Interventions to Advance Self-Sufficiency-Next Generation (BIAS-NG), Beyond 12, and the Equity Collaborative. Eva also facilitates general management and process improvement within her policy area to streamline and create better workflows. Before working at MDRC, she worked in higher education, supporting the design and delivery of interventions that improved the outcomes and experiences of students. She is particularly passionate about creating equitable outcomes for populations who experience social and economic barriers. Ben-Shlomo holds a bachelor’s degree in American studies from the University of Manchester.
