Woo is a research analyst in the K–12 education policy area. She supports evidence-to-practice work and implementation research across various projects, including the Evaluation of New York City's Pathways Initiatives, Tech-Enabled Advising Product Profile, and Project REACT in the Postsecondary Education policy area. Her work includes project management, recruitment, technical assistance, conducting interviews, coding and analyzing qualitative data, and contributing to deliverables. She has also previously supported the Personalized Learning Initiative, the XQ Schools Study, the Gates Network for School Improvement, and CTE Advise.

Woo holds a bachelor’s degree in education, with a concentration in human diversity, from Bucknell University.
