Economic Mobility, Housing, and Communities

Olejniczak, who joined MDRC in 2010, brings a wealth of evaluation expertise and deep programmatic knowledge to the Economic Mobility, Housing, and Communities policy area. As an expert in technical assistance and implementation field research, he leads projects through their design, planning, and execution phases.

Olejniczak currently collaborates with and supports several partner organizations. He is working with public housing authorities to implement new policies and procedures for the Stepped and Tiered Rent Demonstration. For the Economic Mobility Lab project, he is working with sector training programs to examine their services for potential improvements or new testing approaches. Olejniczak also currently leads the effort to provide evaluation support and the implementation of field research tasks to the partner organizations on the Evaluation of Management Leadership for Tomorrow’s Turn Pro Program and the Evaluation of COOP Careers. He is also a key contributor to the Montana 10 project.

Throughout his career, Olejniczak has contributed his expertise to a diverse array of impactful projects serving both youth and adults. His work has spanned multiple domains, including career coaching, asset-building, secondary and postsecondary education, employment and training, food assistance, and housing support. Olejniczak holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Montana.
