Schaberg is a quantitative researcher focused primarily on evaluations of workforce and training initiatives. She has a deep knowledge of sector strategies, having worked on the WorkAdvance evaluation, the Sector Training and Evidence Building Project (STEP), the Job Search Support in Sector Programs study, and the Accelerating Sector Program Innovation project, among others. She has also written about the evidence from field reports, syntheses, and white papers. In addition, Schaberg has extensive experience supporting staff at nonprofit organizations and state agencies to build their data, analysis, and evaluation capacity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Miami University and a master’s degree in urban policy analysis and management from the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy at the New School.
