Lizarralde is a resource analyst in the Economic Mobility, Housing, and Communities policy area, where she supports the financial management of domestic research projects. In this role, she manages project budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting to ensure compliance with funder requirements and support the effective implementation of multi-site research initiatives.

In addition to her role at MDRC, Lizarralde leads the planning and execution of the South Florida Military & Veteran Resource Expo, a community-based initiative that connects veterans and their families with benefits, health, housing, education, and employment resources. Through this work, she coordinates cross-sector partnerships, oversees event operations, and supports data collection efforts to assess community needs, barriers to access, and program impact.

Prior to joining MDRC, she managed global public health research projects at Florida International University and worked as an accountant supporting small business owners, building a strong foundation in financial management, compliance, and operations.

Lizarralde holds a master’s degree in public health with a concentration in maternal and child health and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
