Family Well-Being and Children’s Development

Roach is a research assistant in the Family Well-Being and Children’s Development policy area, where she conducts implementation research and provides project management and coordination support for the Guilford ROCS Study and the BASE project. Before joining MDRC in 2021, Roach was a research assistant at the Center for Health Services Research at Regenstreif Institute and the Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center in Providence, Rhode Island. She also held a summer internship at the Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti, a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to advancing human rights in Haiti. Roach holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Brown University.
