Eickmeyer is a quantitative researcher working for MDRC's Center for Data Insights (CDI). Her research spans policy areas, collaborating with colleagues within the areas of education, criminal legal policies and reforms, and economic mobility. Since joining MDRC, Eickmeyer has led the quantitative analysis for the Jefferson County Equitable Fines and Fees Project and contributed to the design and analysis for the Optimizing Texting Technology through Engagement Research with Students project, Procedural Justice Informed Alternatives to Contempt, and Pretrial Justice Reform Study. She is also an advisor and site coach providing technical assistance to TANF agencies with the TANF Data Collaborative 2.0. Previously, she was the Director of Quantitative Methodology at the Center for Policing Equity, where she led research projects focused on racial equity in policing and public safety. She also provided oversight to quantitative researchers to effectively translate research findings into actionable recommendations. She holds a Ph.D. in sociology with a specialization in demography from Bowling Green State University and received postdoctoral training at the Rutgers School of Social Work.
