Annabel Utz

Utz is a quantitative research analyst in the Center for Data Insights, where she works on the Sequences to Success in Washington State and State IMPACT Collaborative projects, among others. Her responsibilities across these projects include data management, acquisition, processing, and visualization, as well as conducting statistical analyses to support research goals. Utz holds a bachelor’s degree in government from Smith College and a master’s degree in public policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
