The second is the Real World Learning (RWL) evaluation, an initiative in the Kansas City metropolitan area funded by the Kauffman Foundation, which seeks to understand how real world learning and earning "Market Value Assets" is affecting high schools and students in the region and to confirm that students exit secondary schooling prepared for success in ongoing education and careers.
Haider has been involved in numerous other evaluations during her tenure at MDRC, including an impact study of Communities in Schools, the evaluation of City Year's Whole School Whole Child model, New York City's Small Schools of Choice study, and the evaluation of ninth grade academies.
