Since joining MDRC in 2014, Drohojowska has been involved in project management and research for several large-scale projects. She is lead resource manager for the K-12 Education policy area and MDRC’s Center for Effective Career and Technical Education. In this role, she develops, maintains, and monitors work plans, expenditures, and budgets; communicates with key funders, subcontractors, and other outside partners; and supports the development of new projects. Currently, Drohojowska serves as the project manager and implementation lead for our long-term partnership with YouthForce NOLA. Drohojowska helps develop partnership strategies with nonprofit organizations within the K-12 education space, particularly those early in their maturation, and is working on a place-based strategy in Memphis with Slingshot, providing support to their portfolio of nonprofits. Prior to joining MDRC, she worked at Say Yes to Education, a national college access and collective impact organization. She holds a BA from Boston College in International Relations.
