MDRC Experts Contribute Chapters to The Oxford Handbook of Program Design and Implementation Evaluation
Oxford University Press has just published The Oxford Handbook of Program Design and Implementation Evaluation, edited by Anu Rangarajan, an economist and vice president at Mathematica. Several MDRC researchers contributed chapters to the new handbook, which offers a comprehensive toolbox of evaluation methodologies that can be used to examine social programs throughout their life cycles.
The chapters by MDRC researchers are:
- “Data Sources and Best Practices for Data Collection,” by Helen Lee (formerly of MDRC), Marissa Strassberger (MDRC), and Katie Naeve (Tetra Tech, Inc.)
- “Applying Multiple Methods to Implementation Research: Applications from Youth Education and Employment Programs,” by Michelle S. Manno (MDRC) and Louisa Treskon (MDRC)
Copies of the handbook are available from Oxford Academic.
