Family Well-Being and Children’s Development

Undestad currently works in the Families and Children policy area, providing technical assistance and installation support on Variations in Implementation of Quality Interventions and a project housed under the Expanding Children’s Early Learning Network. Undestad helped coordinate the production of the MIHOPE Implementation Research report and is  working on a team conducting qualitative research as part of the project’s long-term follow-up. Before joining MDRC in 2016, Undestad was a statistics teaching assistant at St. Olaf College and was marketing and communications director for the student government association. She graduated from St. Olaf College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minors in statistics and media studies.
