T-Pederson is a Technical Research Assistant in MDRC’s Youth Development, Criminal Justice, and Employment policy area. She currently works on the Procedural Justice-Informed Alternative to Contempt project. T-Pederson graduated from Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience. At Brown, she worked as a research assistant in the psychology department and wrote an honors thesis on the impact of early life adversity on child development.
