Mancini is currently one of the data managers for the Building Bridges and Bonds (B3) project, an evaluation designed to rigorously test innovative program approaches to support low-income fathers in working toward economic stability and improved relationships with their children. She is responsible for managing several aspects of the data acquisition process and processing data for analysis. Previously, Mancini was an impact analyst and data archive manager for the Head Start CARES study, a national evaluation of three evidence-based strategies to improve the social and emotional development of children in Head Start. Before joining MDRC, she was a data manager at a fiduciary trust firm. Mancini received her BA in economics from the University of Parma in Italy and her MA in public policy from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
