Family Well-Being and Children’s Development

Healy is a research assistant in MDRC’s Family Well-Being and Children’s Development policy area, where she currently works on the Measures for Early Success Initiative. Prior to joining MDRC in 2022, Healy held a summer internship at the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office, was a docent at the University of Michigan Museum of Natural History, and volunteered at Telling It!, an arts-based afterschool program for youth living in public housing. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in public policy and sociology.
